Mr. Kletmetson represents closely-held and start-up business entities. His closely-held business practice includes, tax planning, business structuring and organization, succession planning and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kletmetson also represents individuals in their estate planning and tax matters and the drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kletmetson practiced in public accounting.
