Mr. O'Sullivan has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. O'Sullivan also counsels clients in the analysis of tax and non-tax aspects of entity selection, including corporations, Subchapter S corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. O'Sullivan also provides general business planning advice to clients and represents clients in various commercial transactional matters, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, LLC operating agreements, employment agreements and technology agreements.
