Mr. Jones concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation. The trials handled by Mr. Jones range from commercial disputes and estate contests to serious personal injury claims. Mr. Jones is also a certified mediator and has served as both a mediator and an arbitrator in significant litigation, primarily in the Chicagoland area.

Mr. Jones is a long-standing member of the Federal Trial Bar, the American Association for Justice, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been a leader in the DuPage County Bar Association, a professional association of approximately 2,000 attorney members, where he has served on the Board of Directors and has chaired various committees for the Association. Mr. Jones has also received the prestigious Martindale-Hubbel "AV" rating, the preeminent peer review rating indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Mr. Jones has also recently been selected by the Leading Lawyers Network as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois in the field of commercial litigation. Only those lawyers who are most often recommended by their peers, in a statewide survey, are eligible for membership in the Leading Lawyers Network. Mr. Jones has also recently served as President of the DuPage Chapter of the American Inns of Court, an organization of judges and lawyers based on the English Inns of Court system. The American Inns of Court has a membership of approximately 35,000 state and federal judges and attorneys. The Inns of Court are designed to improve the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the Bench and Bar.
