Mr. Adkins practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, commercial real estate and lending as well as all areas of general taxation and business planning. Mr. Adkins specializes in representing high net worth individuals with closely held businesses or property interests who need advanced business or tax planning, business succession planning, family limited partnerships, LLCs or irrevocable trusts.
After college, Mr. Adkins worked in the tax department of USG Corporation, and after law school, Mr. Adkins worked as an attorney at the law firms of McDermott, Will & Emery and Rooks, Pitts & Poust. Mr. Adkins joined Huck Bouma P.C. in 2000 and became a shareholder of the firm in 2006.
