Mr. Mieczynski concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. He has been advising business, banking and real estate clients for over twenty-five years on local, regional, and national operations and transactions.

Mr. Mieczynski's practice includes extensive commercial real estate expertise including construction, acquisitions, leasing and property development. In addition, Mr. Mieczynski has worked with entrepreneurs and established companies to assist them with business development and financing, partnering and protecting the value of their business entities. He also works with the Firm's business clients, both lenders and borrowers, to negotiate and document the terms of all manner of credit facilities, including asset-based lending, mortgage-backed lending, taxable and tax-exempt bond financings, and private equity transactions.
