Mr. Christensen has extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a variety of business and commercial contexts. He has had successful results for clients in matters involving construction disputes and mechanics liens, breach of contract in commercial transactions, trade secrets and non-competition agreements, actions among shareholders of closely held corporations, mortgage foreclosure, insurance coverage, and probate disputes.

Mr. Christensen has several published judicial decisions in Illinois and Federal courts and is a member of the Illinois, DuPage and Chicago Bar Associations, sitting on committees relating to commercial litigation and civil practice.
