Attorneys

Mr. Hurley represents businesses and individuals, plaintiffs and defendants alike, in a variety of contexts, including domestic relations, business torts, breach of contract, restrictive employment covenants, injunctive relief, landlord/tenant disputes, serious personal injury, and medical malpractice. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having successfully represented clients in numerous mediations and arbitration hearings.

Mr. Hurley has received the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell "AV Preeminent" peer review rating, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been a leader in the DuPage County Bar Association, a professional association of approximately 2,500 attorney members, where he has served on the Board of Directors and has chaired various committees. He currently serves as the DCBA's Second Vice President, having been elected to serve as its President in 2013-14. Additionally, Mr. Hurley has recently served as President of the DuPage Chapter of the American Inns of Court, an organization of judges and lawyers based on the English Inns of Court system. The American Inns of Court has a membership of approximately 35,000 state and federal judges and attorneys. The Inns of Court are designed to improve the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the Bench and Bar.
