    Kathy has been working at Huck Bouma for over 25 years. Kathy oversees corporate and limited liability company administration, which includes formation of the entity, annual maintenance via preparation of annual reports, preparing corporate minutes, assisting clients with qualification in other states, obtaining foreign representation, and various other issues that may arise in the corporation’s operations.

    Kathy resides in Naperville with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
