Biography
After more than twenty years as both commercial litigator and transactional lawyer, Mr. Bradshaw merged his suburban law firm with Huck Bouma in 1994. Since that time he has concentrated his practice in the area of general corporate, banking and commercial law including commercial real estate development transactions and leasing; mergers and acquisitions; and estate and succession planning for family business members. He serves as "outside general counsel" for his corporate clients employing his experience in various fields and the resources of the partners and associates of Huck Bouma. He also represents local and regional banks in the area of complex commercial loan documentation and troubled loan workout situations
