• Essential Duties and Performance Responsibilities: work with partners in complex commercial litigation matters, including meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, writing motions, making court appearances, arguing motions, participating in trials, interviewing witnesses, drafting agreements, negotiating settlements, attending mediations, assisting with trials and arbitrations.

This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to develop their franchise law practice within a collegial environment. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to immediately manage a base of existing franchise clients independently and responsibly in collaboration with the team of attorneys in the Franchise Law Practice Group, which consists of myself and 3 other attorneys. The focus of our practice is representation of franchisors, although we do represent some local franchisees.
