Thomas A. Jackson

Thomas A. Jackson is a Director in Huck Bouma's Litigation Department. With over three decades of legal experience, Tom represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, trade secret disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. His practice also encompasses real estate and construction litigation, as well as contractual and employment-related disputes.

Tom has extensive experience handling injunction proceedings and has successfully tried cases involving consumer fraud, real estate disclosures, and closely held business disputes. In addition to his commercial litigation work, Tom has a robust family law practice, representing clients in divorce proceedings involving parenting agreements, support issues, and asset valuation and division.
