Biography

Bill Kindorf is a founding partner of Tressler LLP based out of the firm's Bolingbrook office. His practice focuses on closely held corporations and their owners with an emphasis on health care providers (physicians, dentists and allied professionals) and other professional service corporations, including accountants, engineers and architects. Bill also works extensively with technology and manufacturing concerns and with manufacturers' representatives. He has a depth of experience in business sale and purchase transactions, estate & succession planning, banking, and real estate.

He has been recognized as a "Leading Lawyer" by Law Bulletin Publishing Company and was selected for inclusion in 2007 Illinois Super Lawyers.
