Robert D. Morgan

Robert D. Morgan is an Associate in the Trusts and Estates Practice Department, focusing his practice principally on the creation of individualized estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney and revocable and irrevocable trusts. He works one-on-one with clients, providing wealth preservation and asset protection strategies.

Prior to joining Huck Bouma, Robert worked as an associate attorney with Inslee, Best in Bellevue, Washington, gaining a  wide range of experience in legal matters ranging from estate planning to municipal law and beyond.

Robert has worked in a variety of legal fields, also working as an extern at the United States Attorney’s Office in 2019 and spending time on an in-house legal team for a tech company upon graduating from the University of Washington School of Law in 2021. His combined experience has made him passionate about tackling challenging legal questions together with clients.

Robert enjoys researching new developments in the law and uses these skills to help clients navigate new projects and challenges with confidence.

Outside of the office, Robert enjoys weightlifting and challenging himself athletically as a competitive bodybuilder and part-time baker.
