Biography
Jackson Pacific is an Associate in Huck Bouma's Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate matters for privately held and lower middle market companies.
Jackson advises buyers and sellers across the deal lifecycle, from due diligence through closing. He drafts and negotiates purchase agreements and the related documents that carry a transaction to close, and he handles the diligence and corporate governance review that shapes deal structure, negotiation, and risk allocation. He also counsels clients on entity formation and the commercial agreements connected to their transactions.
Beyond M&A, Jackson handles Reg D securities offerings for closely held businesses and negotiates commercial contracts, including SaaS and services agreements. He draws on a finance background to bring a practical, business minded approach to each deal.
