Denise Reyes

Denise Reyes is an Associate in Huck Bouma’s Corporate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and other general corporate matters. Denise works with clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including structuring, due diligence, and tax planning.

Denise brings experience in both tax advisory and in-house counsel roles. Prior to joining Huck Bouma, she worked in transaction advisory and federal tax positions, where she advised on structuring considerations and tax implications in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
