Todd Wallace

Todd Wallace is a Director in the Trusts and Estates – Estate Administration Practice Area. His main focus is working closely with families at a difficult time to ensure the administration process is smooth, timely, and upholds the wishes of the estate plan as executed by the decedent.  Additionally, he is an experienced attorney with exceptional talents in advising individuals and families on estate planning objectives, real estate, zoning, contracts and business law. He is able to coordinate analysis of complex problems and to implement solutions that maximize benefits. Todd received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and Environmental Economics from the University of Illinois.  Prior to joining Huck Bouma, Todd was a founding partner of the Geneva law firm of Wallace Law Group, LLC., where he operated a solo practice with a wide ranging client base. Todd has worked for several bank trust departments as a trust officer and has experience in commercial real estate development and zoning. Todd lives in St. Charles with his family and four children, where he has extensive community involvement. He served for 15 years as Chairman of the St. Charles Plan Commission and for 10 years as St. Charles Township Trustee. Most recently, Todd was appointed to represent portions of St. Charles and Geneva as Member of the Kane County Board.
