Justin A. Yoon

Justin A. Yoon is a Senior Associate in the Business Services Practice Area, focusing principally on serving a diverse range of corporate clients, from startups to large companies, in handling general corporate transactional matters.

Justin concentrates his practice in mergers & acquisitions and drafting and negotiating a variety of business-related documents including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements, employment agreements, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, promissory notes, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Justin also counsels his clients regarding copyrights and trademarks.

Prior to joining Huck Bouma, Justin was an associate at the Chicago law firm of Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd.

Justin approaches his practice with a business mindset, believing that both the business and legal aspects of a matter should be evaluated together, rather than separately.

Justin received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his M.B.A. from Loyola’s Quinlin School of Business in 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.

Justin now resides in Naperville with his wife, son and Mini Sheepadoodle, Max. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing basketball during his spare time.
