Huck Bouma is pleased to announce that on April 10, 2023, Daniel Johnson will be joining the Firm as a Director in the Business Services Practice Group.
Daniel comes to us most recently from the law offices of Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd., an Oak Brook law firm where he has served as an associate attorney practicing both business and real estate law.
He has experience in forming new business entities, advising established businesses on a wide variety of governance and transactional issues, and assisting in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate. He also has experience in the formation and governance of not-for-profit corporations, including public charities and private foundations, as well as estate planning and probate.
Prior to his law career, Daniel was a licensed stockbroker and fraud investigator for a brokerage firm in St. Louis, Missouri. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joe B. McDade in the Central District of Illinois.
