Huck Bouma celebrates with Senior Director Eric Malnar in a recent legal victory in the Illinois Appellate Court.
Eric successfully represented the client in an appellate case that originated in the Circuit Court of Cook County which involved the fraudulent transfer of several commercial properties. Through persuasive arguments and dedicated advocacy, he navigated the complexities of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) and challenged the lower Court’s incorrect interpretation of the statute of limitations period.
The Appellate Court sided with Eric’s argument and remanded the case back to the lower Court for further proceedings.
