Huck Bouma is pleased to announce that Denise Reyes has joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Practice Group.
Denise joins Huck Bouma with experience advising businesses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters. She works with clients on transactional matters involving deal structuring, due diligence, and strategic considerations throughout the transaction process.
Denise brings a unique perspective to her corporate practice through her background in tax advisory and in-house counsel roles. Prior to joining the Firm, she advised on the tax and legal implications of business transactions, helping clients evaluate structuring considerations and navigate complex transactional matters.
