Huck Bouma is pleased to announce that effective June 15, 2026, Jackson D. Pacific has joined the Firm as a Corporate Associate Attorney in the Corporate Practice Group.
Jackson comes to us most recently from SMB Law Group in Chicago, Illinois, where he practiced mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactional matters. In that role, he advised clients on a range of business transactions, including acquisitions, structuring, due diligence, and related corporate matters.
He has experience representing businesses across a variety of industries on corporate and transactional matters.
